Microsoft Tag: Basically QR Code Type Mobile Tags, But, All Microsoftish

Many BlackBerry users, especially those using BlackBerry Messenger 5 , are already familiar with Mobile Tags, or, QR Codes, as they are properly referred to.  QR codes are a type of  2D barcode that can be scanned by most smartphones and even many feature phones allowing the user to access a website , contact information, product information, pretty much anything.  QR Codes are widely popular in Japan, and, pretty much has become a global standard. Microsoft has never let global standardization get in the way of “progress”, so, they have introduced their own Mobile Tag technology called Microsoft Tag .
