Bistream Releases Bolt 1.6 Mobile Web Browser

Bitstream has released Bolt 1.6 and the mobile browser has a ton of new features, including the ability to be set as the default browser on the BlackBerry. In addition to providing the most accurate website rending available, outscoring other mobile browsers, earning a 100% on the Acid3 test, BOLT 1.6 now offers full socket-based connectivity which increases speed by as much as 15%. Also, Bitstream has added a new feature, a password manager, that allows faster logins to users’ favorite and most visited websites and online apps.
