BOLT browser adds new features with Beta3

Last time we checked in on the BOLT browser , we saw a few upgrades, mostly in the way of streamlining device function. As many noted upon the first private release, scrolling was way, way too slow. Not only did Bitstream, developers of BOLT, address this immediately, but they’ve seemingly made improvements in all subsequent updates. This is true, though to a lesser extent, of their latest release, Beta3. It’s available now. After the jump, we’ll go over the upgrades
